Janet Wuestneck
Born in rural Montana, Janet grew up in Southern California, where she worked in residential property management. After relocating to the Pacific Northwest to be close to family, she transitioned to commercial property management with the Columbia Business Center and has been a part of the property for over 30 years. In her free time,
Janet enjoys gardening, being at home with her family and friends, and perusing cookbooks and design magazines.

Shannon Donnelly
Shannon has been with Columbia Business Center since 2007 and applies her 25+ years of commercial property management and development experience to the many interesting facets of CBC. Working with large national companies to close-knit family organizations, she has assisted in the management of a diverse array of projects and tenants.
Born in coastal South Carolina, Shannon has an enduring love for oceans and architecture that was further cultivated when she spent several years in England exploring villages and cities, learning the local culture, and enjoying the climate. An avid traveler and explorer, Shannon spends her free time with family and friends, enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Jessica Kessler
A Pacific Northwest transplant, Jessica grew up on the North Carolina coast and met her husband Kyle while living in Atlanta, Georgia. Jessica enjoys connecting with tenants, vendors, and assisting with projects and communication at Columbia Business Center.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys various activities and getting outdoors with her family.
Geoff Bennett
Geoff joined the Columbia Business Center team eleven years ago. He started his career with CBC by splitting time between the rail system as a Conductor and the business park as a Facilities Engineer. Geoff has since transitioned to be one of our full-time Facilities Engineers. His background in construction helps him to efficiently coordinate repairs with tenants and conduct general maintenance of the entire CBC property. He enjoys interacting with tenants and takes great pride in developing good working relationships with each of them. Geoff has also become the resident subject matter specialist of the business park’s fire system, responding to any fire system issues that may arise.
Outside of work, Geoff is a recently retired Petty Officer from the United States Coast Guard Reserve. He enjoys the newfound time that his retirement has given him by wrestling his three little rug-rats and chasing escaped cows and pigs through the countryside with his wife.

Shelly Knight
Shelly was born and raised in Idaho and later moved to Washington, where she continued her education and work experience in accounting. Along with accounting, she brings 14 years of commercial and residential property management experience to the team.
Shelly loves spending time with her husband and three children and returning to her roots in Idaho to visit family. During the summer months, you will find her gardening and enjoying the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. When she has time, she loves reading a good book or watching movies with her two dogs, Dexter and Oliver, curled up by her side.
